                      How To Play Touch Rugby

GENERAL: 5 to 14 years old to play touch rugby. You can wear any shoes but you can't wear boots, bare feet and jandals. There can be only twelve players to play. Teams are mix.

SCORING: You have to place the ball under the goalpost or next to the goalpost. If you got touch you are a dummy so that means that you can’t get a try.

PASSING: If you get touch you need to pass the ball to your team mates. If you don’t know how to pass the ball you can just pass the ball any way you want it to.

TAP: when you get touch you have to tap the ball like

ROLL THE BALL: when you get touch you have to roll the ball under your leg but one of your feet have to roll it but you can’t roll with your hand.

TOUCH: If someone touch you your touch.

TOUCH AND PASS: If someone touches you and you pass it in the same time you have to roll the ball on the floor to the team.

THE DUMMY HALF: when you get touch you have to roll the ball between your leg the half back takes the ball and pass the ball to anyone but it have to be in his team.

OFFSIDE / ONSIDE: If the half back or dummy half didn't pick up the ball and the other team runs to touch the half back he’s offside and the other team moves 10 meter back there onside.

The Boring Holiday

On the first day of the holidays when I woke up"I looked outside with horror to see rain on the first day of the holidays". I ran to the bathroom, the floor was wet and the tap was on so I turned off the tap, when I went to the kitchen it was messy when I ran to my mum’s bedroom she was asleep I ran to my sisters bedroom, she was asleep to so I was the only one awake so I started cleaning up . I started in the kitchen. I chucked all of the rubbish that was on the table. Six minute later I was exhausted from cleaning the kitchen when I was done I slowly walked towards my bedroom when I entered my room I felled asleep on the chair when I woke up. when I woke up I went to the kitchen and the kitchen was chaotic I was furious that the kitchen was smelly and disgusting I cleaned it all over again but it took me 1 hour to clean up the kitchen.

After I finished cleaning the kitchen I went to the bathroom to clean it when I was cleaning the kitchen I found my little siblings toys inside the bath I took it all out and started to clean the bathroom it was easy to clean. When I went to my room it was messy so  I rushed cleaning my room so I can go t o my rugby game and I was nearly done 3 minutes i finished cleaning my room so my couch came to my house and picked me up to go to my game.

Class 3’s Swimming Lesson

intro:Last week tuesday was a huge exciting day for class 3. We had swimming after lunch time. Our teacher told some of the student in class 3 to stay in and to do there animation on the multi media. When the  bell ranged we all sprinted to our class to get our swimming togs or our bags. After a second our teacher said “to line up into two lines” then we waited for Mrs Nua to go with us to see who has swimming tog and hasn’t swim to go detention we needed to go swimming to know how to swim every where like the pools or beach.

When we got to the pools I was nervous that I might do something wrong inside the pools when we walked into the pools our teacher said “to change and shower for 3 second”. The shower was very hot when I walked to the seats at the middle pool but the pool wasn't deep but it was nice and cosy. Our instructor gave us a board to swim with to go into two groups the 1 group had the confidence swim’s, group 2 had the non confidence swim’s even if you think that your not good at swimming you have to try your best the group 1 had the Mrs Nua and group 2 had the instructor.

After 10 second later Mrs Nua told us that we need to swim to the middle off the pool so some of  our class to swimed to the middle of the pool. Group 2  was swimming but the instructor was  telling them what to do. After 6 miniet Mrs Nua said to get change to walk back to school we change into our school uniform to walk back to school to get our notes. when we got to school we haded to go to our class to get our notes so when the bell ranged we were relist to go home.
